- Net income attributable to common stockholders was
$486.3 million , or$1.49 per diluted share, as compared to$496.7 million , or$1.51 per diluted share in 2022. - Funds From Operations ("FFO") was
$1.077 billion , or$2.88 per diluted share as compared to$1.093 billion , or$2.91 per diluted share in the prior year. - Domestic property Net Operating Income ("NOI") increased 3.3% and portfolio NOI increased 3.7%, in each case, compared to the prior year period.
Results for the Six Months
- Net income attributable to common stockholders was
$938.2 million , or$2.87 per diluted share, as compared to$923.4 million , or$2.81 per diluted share in 2022. - FFO was
$2.103 billion , or$5.62 per diluted share as compared to$2.108 billion , or$5.61 per diluted share in the prior year. - Domestic property NOI increased 3.6% and portfolio NOI increased 3.8%, in each case, compared to the prior year period.
- Occupancy was 94.7% at
